Flesh (starting with red yarn):

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a MR [6]

Rnd 2 : inc x 6 [12]

Rnd 3: sc in all st [12]

Rnd 4: (sc, inc) x 6 [18]

Rnd 5 : sc in all st [18]

Rnd 6: (2 sc, inc) x 6 [24]

Rnd 7: sc in all st [24]

Rnd 8: (3 sc, inc) x 6 [30]

Rnd 9: sc in all st [30]

Rnd 10: (4 sc, inc) x 6 [36]

Rnd 11-17: sc in all st [36] 7 rounds

Rnd 18: (4 sc, dec) x 6 [30]

Change to green yarn to crochet the calyx.

Rnd 19:  sl st in next st, 2 ch, 1 dc at the same st, 1 dc in each st of the round 18, sl st into first dc [30]

Rnd 20: 1 ch, 1 sc at the same st, 1 sc in each st of the round 19, sl st into first sc [30]

Fasten off. Weave in the yarn end.

String (green yarn):

Leave a long tail of yarn at the beginning of the string (to add a bead later), ch 94, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sl st in next 2 ch (this is the first stem, we will make 2 more).

(Ch 4, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sl st in next 2 ch, sl st into base of first stem) x 2

Cut the yarn and weave in the end.

Assemble:

Pass the yarn through the dc at the round 19, leaving 1 dc down, 1 dc up and so on with the string. After going around the whole round, you can add the bead at the yarn tail we left before and make 2 knots so the bead doesn't fall out.
